Real Estate ML Model

This capstone project involves creating a Machine Learning Model that accurately assesses the sellability for any given real estate property in Oregon.

It utilizes Railway to host cloud services, including a backend PostgreSQL database and a Flask framework website that serves data and model outputs. The end goal is to create a useful service for newer Real Estate Agents, as well as home buyers.
